SSO Gorka-R

The Gorka is the uniform of choice for blocking wind and moderate cold weather.  This uniform style has been in use since the days when Alfa and Vympel were in the KGB and will continue to be used for the foreseeable future.  Why wear a PCU when you can wear a baggy Soviet-era canvas mountain suit?  As the picture indicates, the Gorka-R has a button up jacket.
